  • An application for permanent residency in Canada on the basis of humanitarian and compassionate grounds.

  • A review by the Federal Court of a decision made by an administrative tribunal or administrative decision maker, which may include decisions made by the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), and Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

  • Overseas and in-Canada applications for permanent residency for eligible family members of Canadian citizens or permanent residents.

  • Visitor visas, supervisas (for parents and grandparents), work permits, study permits, and Temporary Resident Permits (both inside and outside Canada).
